SunCity Travel LLC (License for tour operator`s activity AB No. 349194 of 20/07/2007), owner of the trade mark “Youth Tourism & Hostels of Ukraine®” and sites Hostels-Ukraine.com and Toursnlodging.com, hereinafter called Suncity-Travel.com, offers travel services to the customer on condition that the customer will read and agree with the contents of the present agreement. Suncity-Travel.com does not take any responsibility if the users misunderstand the rules and principles of the functioning of the system. If you are not going to accept our conditions, please do not use this site.
1. Overview
By accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions in registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. This Terms and Conditions took effect on October 20, 2009.
2. Services
Suncity-Travel.com provides information about properties (hostels and hotels) which are collective (full or associate) members of the Ukrainian Youth Tourist Association (named as "UYTA [property name]") as well about tours and travel services of SunCity Travel LLC. All rules for resevations provides by the Suncity-Travel.com`s Partners online booking engines and their affiliates such us Expedia, Venere, HostelWorld, HostelsClub, HostelBookers, InstantWorldBooking, etc., hereinafter called Suncity-Travel.com`s Partners, conduct to this Terms & Conditions.
By making a reservation through Suncity-Travel.com you will be forwarded to online booking engine Toursnlodging.com, after that you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with Provider at which you book. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and Provider, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant Provider and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of Provider.
3. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Making a reservation
On making a reservation, you shall pay a 100% balance due for confirming your reservation according to the E-Invoice of SunCity Travel LLC. Your reservation is confirmed once your payment with a credit or debit card or by Western Union payment system has been accepted by Suncity-Travel.com. After Suncity-Travel.com receives a bank confirmation of the payment, we send a copy of the Tourist Voucher with confirmation of booked travel services to the customer. Payment (bank confirmation) must be received by Suncity-Travel.com not later than 2 days prior to arrival for individual tourists and 15 days prior to arrival for groups of 10 and more pax.
Booking payment
All payments with credit/debit cards according to the E-Invoice of SunCity Travel LLC are processing with Raiffeisen Bank Aval Payment Gateway as well by Western Union payment system.

Kinds of payments
- Raiffeisen Bank Aval Payment Gateway: 3D Secured payment; Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro are accepted; E-Invoice in Ukrainian Hryvnya (UAH); no registration; no commission and banking fee.
- Western Union: cash payment; E-Invoice in US Dollar (USD); registration at the bank office; high banking fee.
- Cash on arrival: you can pay by this kind of payment in case of reservation by Hostels-Ukraine.com`s Partners 5 or less days prior to check-in.
After a reservation is confirmed
Suncity-Travel.com will provide a booking confirmation on behalf of the Provider. For online reservations by Suncity-Travel.com`s Partners a confirmation screen indicates that your booking is confirmed, including all details of the reserved service. A confirmation email is also provided. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any email address you provide is correct, your email system is functional, and that your system will not block or use filtering devices to prevent the delivery of any confirmation email. Suncity-Travel.com does not undertake to include or disclose charges for additional services or details of the service fees or taxes charged by the Provider, which may or may not be included in the Provider`s disclosed rate for the reservation. Suncity-Travel.com strongly recommends you check and confirm with the Provider the precise terms and conditions under which the Provider makes the reserved service available to you. The reservation ID number included on the confirmation should be quoted in all communications regarding the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made through this Site by e-mail. You agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation, you authorize Suncity-Travel.com (SunCity Travel LLC) or the Provider to charge to your credit or debit card without further reference to you an amount determined by this Cancellation Policy terms, conditions, and policies applicable to the reservation.
In case of reservation by Toursnlodging, please learn more about its Reservation, Fees, Amendment and Cancellation Policy.
In case of reservation by the Suncity-Travel.com`s Partners for individual tourists (less than 10 people):
- 4 or more days prior to check-in - free cancellation
- 2-3 days prior to check-in - 0.5 night per every room
- 1 or less days prior to check-in - 0.75 night per every room
Failure to arrive (No-show)
If you do not cancel your reservation, your failure to arrive (no-show) by the agreed check-in date and/or time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. By payment 100% deposit for your reservation according to our E-Invoice or by confirming a reservation with your credit or debit card by reservation via Suncity-Travel.com`s Partners, you agree that in the event you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in date and/or time, you authorize Suncity-Travel.com (SunCity Travel LLC) or the Provider to charge to your credit or debit card without further reference to you an amount determined by present Terms and Conditions, and policies applicable to the reservation.
The case, when you appeared at the hotel / hostel, but did not live there, is equivalent to the failure to arrive (no-show).
In case of reservation by Toursnlodging, please learn more about its Reservation, Fees, Amendment and Cancellation Policy. In case of reservation by the Suncity-Travel.com`s Partners for individual tourists (less than 10 people), you will pay a price for 1 night per every room.
Refund to the Customer
In case of 100% prepayment for Products and Services, Suncity-Travel.com provides a refund to the Customer according to Cancellation Policy (please, see above). Refund is made in full size minus the amount of penalty fee and banking fee. In case of non-use by the client of separate or full service on own fault, their cost is non-refundable.
4. Room Allocation
Your normal time of check in is 13:00 hrs by the Local Time. After 100% deposit payment or registration on Suncity-Travel.com`s Partners sites, you will be allocated a room. Please note that when checking-in after midnight, your room will be reserved from the previous day. Normal check out time of your room is at 12:00 hrs by the Local Time on the scheduled departure date.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Suncity-Travel.com and its Providers make no warranty of any kind regarding the Site, Content, Products or Services, all of which are provided on an "as is" basis. Suncity-Travel.com and its Providers expressly disclaim any representation or warranty that the Site will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, that communications to or from the Site will be secure and not intercepted, that the Services and other capabilities offered from the Site will be uninterrupted, or that its Content will be accurate, complete or timely. The fact that Suncity-Travel.com is including or offering any Product or Service on the Site is not an endorsement or a recommendation of the Product or Service.
OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH, UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THESE TERMS, ARE IMPLIED BY LAWS, AND ARE INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION, SUNCITY-TRAVEL.COM AND ITS PROVIDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
6. Liability and Copyright
By confirming your reservation, you agree that any liability for losses, damages, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever arising out of or in connection with Suncity-Travel.com error or omission, Provider error or omission, changes in availability, accommodation, health, injury, weather, strikes, fraud, service provider closings or discontinuance of service, or any other cause shall be borne by you, unless otherwise agreed between you and the Provider. Under no circumstances shall Suncity-Travel.com, its owners or affiliates be held responsible for such losses, expenses, claims, or demands for refunds or compensation.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Suncity-Travel.com or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Suncity-Travel.com and protected by international copyright laws. 7. Visa Assistance
Visa assistance is provided by SunCity Travel LLC not later than 25 days prior to arrival. Visa assistance is given after ordering any travel services from SunCity Travel LLC: accommodation in hotel (min. 2 nights), tour package or 3 and more options (transfer, meals, excursion, etc.).
Please note: visa assistance is provided for citizens of South Africa, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Mexico, China, India, Korea, countries of South America, Central America, Europe, Indo-China according to chapter 2. Visa assistance is given for citizens of Iran, Afganistan, countries of Central Africa (Ghana, Guinea, Cameroon, etc.) in case of 25% prepayment of all ordered services (non-refundable fee in default in issue of visa).
